My background? I studied Public Administration and Organization Science at Utrecht University (USBO) and started my career at a water utility company and an IT consultancy firm. I quickly discovered my passion for entrepreneurship and growth strategies. I co-founded iwell and helped grow the company into an organization with 80 employees and €30 million in revenue. Today, I advise businesses in Europe and South Africa on scaling, raising capital, and building strong, impactful organizations. I am also a mentor at NLgroeit, where I assist entrepreneurs in making the right decisions during their growth process.
